Engine light on called Oak Street dealership they said come on down. Huge difference from gasoline alley group. Oak Street fixed my problem and things other service deptartments left off, or loose. Elias my service rep was the best , the service guys are great. I will take my care only to Oak st. in the future. Very happy with the job done.

horrible service

Most of the employees at this dealership are very kind but won't try to accommodate their customers. Just for a simple dome light I couldn't drop my car off to get it checked without an appointment. I called on a Thursday answer the next available appointment wouldn't be until the next Wednesday. This is the reason why I went 2 1/2 hrs to L.A. to purchase my new Ford. Every other dealership I contacted in the central valley area would take me in the same day to do a diagnoses on the problems to my NEW vehicle. I do NOT recommend anyone to waste their time with this dealership, even though they're local.
