Do not hire this attorney he will just do nothing for months and months and months my case was continued over 20 something times before anything happened. All he did was continue it and cause me to have to pay him more and more and more more more. It was a never ending money pit and he never returned my phone calls. Then negotiated a stipulated agreement with my ex-husband which favored my ex-husband instead of me. I thought the negotiated agreement was something that we had agreed upon but in reality it ended up being not what I thought. Then he botched up the whole stipulated agreement and had to have my ex-husband's attorney put it together even though he was not even part of The process for the stipulated agreement. He wasn't even my exes attorney at the time of when the stipulated agreement was arranged.. If you want to throw your money away and you don't want real representation you can hire this attorney because he will not do anything really good for you but charge you money..

I would be careful with this individual. When I received the Findings And Order After Hearing paperwork in the mail there was information regarding me that was obviously incorrect. I contacted Mr. McAtee regarding the errors and he was rude and dismissive. He actually attempted to justify his lack of representation. However, the situation could be resolved for an additional fee.
