CLOSED NOW - Opens at 6:00am

I go in for just a happy meal for my grandson and they messed the order up they didn't put in the 6 piece McNugget I notice notice only after my grandson tells me two hours later he is still hungry I realize he didn't get his McNugget . I called and want me to show them a receipt, like I thought they get my order right and should keep my receipt for happy meal because they my screw up.

You are reading my review of McDonald's on 2699 Mount Vernon Avenue. This location have a single way drive-thru with public restrooms.



Now I know the place has interesting arquitecture, but don't be fooled by the building's graphics. This is actually a bad McDonald's store, and one that deserves so much more improvement from Mickie D Incorporated.



For one thing, the service is absolutely repulsive. The employees can't give out condiments when asked, and they frown ALOT. They don't seem to be concerned over customer needs.



And to make matters worse, when someone does complain about their experiences, things actually get worse. The lobby shows unclean the next day, but then shows up "clean" the 2nd weekend after. The bathrooms need serious work from a janitor, but their janitors slack off. The drive-thru line is off the roadside, but inside takes as long of a wait. Worst of all, the order accuracy is down to a close-encounter of 5%. That means that they will only get your order correct with 5 visits out of 100.



As far as the food goes, it's fine! There's nothing wrong with any of the products here, but the service is so unbelieveably bad that it ruins your dining experience! :(



This is unaccepteable by family restaurant standards, and McDonald's Inc. should be bowing their heads in shame.



My Rating: -2 out of 10, 'cause this store doesn't even exist in my magic memory of wonders.
