I always feel so bad leaving poor reviews, but I don't want any other small business owners to deal with the same problems my husband and I did. Both my husband and I own a small business. We were assured by Meridian employees that they would provide us superior service. After everything should have been set up to go for a month, we found that there were errors and we were not able to receive payments from our clients. I made dozens of calls over a couple of weeks to Meridian asking for help, and only about half of them ever were replied to. The situation was never resolved, and we finally had to cancel our service. We only asked for a refund of the last month. We only got a portion of it refunded. I even had sent emails to anybody i could find contact information for, and got no reply. In summary, we weren't able to receive payments, we kept getting charged, and the customer service was nonexistent. I cannot recommend using them. They seriously hurt our businesses!
