Provided by YP.comThe repair was completed and looks good, HOWEVER they also dragged out the timeline and had very bad communication/updates. THEY DON'T CALL YOU BACK. They didn't even start the repair until almost a week after having my vehicle!!!
The real kicker is they damaged the already chipped windshield and ruined the driver side custom tint. (The repair work was isolated to passenger side). AND YOU GUESSED IT, they did not take responsibility for their ineptitude. They had the nerve to question us that the damage was already there! Nice customer service, huh?
Hey, Neira's how about a walk-thru before accepting the vehicle that way you don't have to call your customer's LIARS when YOU damage their vehicle.
Bottom line: "Caveat emptor" -- Let the buyer beware...

Provided by YP.comAbsolutely Terrible. WOULD NOT RECOMEND TO ANYONE, Especially if you have a nice car. My insurace sent me to them to get a quote for repairs on my vehicle. I decided to go ahead and have them make the repairs after i was quoted. I took it in on my scedualed day to start repairs (on a Wensday) They told me that it would be done on Friday. Dont get me wrong i know this isn't garunteed however no one called me on Friday to tell me that my car in fact was not going to be done. I called and the lady i was talking to told me that it looked like it wasnt going to be done until Monday but she would have to have somone call me back. NO ONE called me back and that afternoon I called back and they said that it for sure was not going to be done but it should be done on Monday. On Monday I called to see what time I was going to be able to get my car and she said that it looked like it was not going to be done until Tuesday but again she would have to have someone call me back to let me know for sure.. NO ONE CALLED. I called that afternoon and asked once again, when I would be able to get my car and she said she would have to check and get back with me. I asked to speak to her manager and when I did speak to the manager he basically said theres nothing he could do about it and unapoligetically said he was sorry nobody called me this whole time. Finally on Tuesday I was able to get my car when they were closing and I was in a hurry so i didnt look at it too much. When I was at home the next day i noticed that there was what looked like wax residue all over, it also looked as if they took it threw a drive-thru car wash which I DO NOT do or they washed it with a dirty towel. It has little tiny scratches ALL over it from that. The car was dirty when i took it in but if I knew they were going to wash it like that i would have asked that they didnt wash it. Its only 6 months old and a $60,000 Car and now it has little scratches all over it..

Provided by YP.comI got wacked in hit and run last year and once the year before. The first time I called and talked to Sam and he met me at work with another guy and they took my car into the shop. Three days later he delivered my car back to me at home good as new. My insurance covered it all. And they did all the paper work. I've also had them buff out the headlights to remove the yellowing that comes from the harsh Kern County sun and road grime. That time I waited just 30 minutes or so and now I can drive at night and actually see the road. These folks are great to work with. The best in Bakersfield.
