My Compliant is about cancelling my Warranty and Gap Insurance! I went to cancel on September 6 at the dealer. Called the warranty company September 19 to check if everything was submitted by the dealer and NOTHING!!! I had to call and cancel everything myself. If i would have known i would have called myself to do all paper work, would had the refund check in my hand already!!
