I want to thank Rudy for the professional manner with which he advised me about my AC problem.
He was able to walk me through the various scenarios about my unit that is still under warranty in such a way that would have protected me against buying components unnecessarily. Rudy was very helpful sharing his years is experience and willingness to let me have the ultimate decision how to proceed.... if the opportunity presents itself I would not hesitate to call him again.

New system installed today, LRP16GE excellent Lennox product "powerful and energy saver :-)" RUDY is professional and he knows what he is doing. the price is amazing compared with any company in Bakersfield, believe me. Rudy's service and prices seemed good initially. But after his first job he became more and more difficult to contact. When I couldn't contact him I finally hired another company to work on my AC unit. When I mentioned his name they seemed familiar with him and the fact that his is not reliable. They showed me how the work he had done was improper. They repaired his work and I will never go back to Rudy. Buyer beware! Not sure how to give zero stars with this review. But my rating would be about zero.

They showed up quick, had parts in the truck and fixed my unit without upselling. Will recommend for sure.

I have been using On-Call Heating and Air for my home for several years. Rudy is a great guy, he knows his stuff and is honest and fair in price. He is one of the only guys that you see out at midnight or on major holidays, saving the day for some poor suffering family. I trust On-Call Heating & Air for my home.

On-Call services were great! The Lead service technician was attentive and answered every question I had. I really liked the quick response communication and that the job was completed in a timely manner. The pricing for the services are very fair and totally worth it. I would recommend On-Call Air-conditioning to everybody.

After learning that our A.C. unit was not working properly and had been on for 3 hours straight and not cooling the air we knew we had to call someone quick. With the temp just at 97 degrees I admit I was panicking. I scrolled through the reviews and saw that this one had 5 stars. I am very picky and choosy with any kind of repair work done at my home because I want the best service, price and not to mention honest. Rudy had told me he could be at my house within an hour and of course I thought to myself "Ya right"! Well, he was here in less then an hour! The minute I opened my door and met him I knew he was our forever repair guy. Just like all the other reviews said Rudy is very honest, easy going, easy to talk to and very reasonable. Our A.C. unit is working like a charm...Thanks Rudy!!!!

When I called for help they were at my door within an hour. Rudy was knowledgable, honest and very fair. He finished the the job in a timely manner. I am always worried about service people being unfair with prices as I know nothing about air/heating. I felt relieved right when I met Rudy that he was honest and giving me accurate information. I will absolutely never use anyone else and I will refer everyone I know to this company.

Excellent service. I called in the morning because my A/C would not turn on. The repairman was at my house in less than an hour. He diagnosed the problem quickly, repaired the unit, tested the freon level and made sure everything was operational before leaving. This is my second call to this company and have been very satisfied both times. Prices are quite reasonable.

The service man was here within 15 minutes even though we were quoted within the hour. Amazing! He performed a system maintenance on out air conditioner, and the work was complete, and our home was feeling cool within 30 minutes. I will use this company here on out for all my air conditioning needs.
