The staff is very unprofessional and not trained correctly. They were all very nice when it opened, but it seems they are extremely young and just don't care. The biggest problem I have with this store is whenever we order from there, they are very tight with their honey, butter, napkins or sauce. When you ask for more, they give you one more pat of butter or one packet of honey, just not enough. This happens regardless if they have your order correctly or not, most of the time it is not correct. I was so happy when Popeyes bought KFC or whatever the transition was, but their food quality and service have gone way down, almost to the point I won't visit the stores any more.

this is the second time Ive gone to Popeyes and I can say that I am not impressed at all. the coustomer service is garbage and the staff is poorly trained. ordered a #9 which comes with 8 or 9 chicken nuggets a biscut and fries and a drink....after waiting 10mins I recieved a box of cold( not warm but COLD fries) and no biscut....Is this what to expect when I go to Popeyes from here on out....If someone gets his or her GED the least you can do is try to earn your $8.00 an hour insted of getting stoned and eating my biscut you jack-wagon. I love that chicken from popeyes but your staff sucks and I will not be comming back.
