I have been very pleased with RMS for the past three years. They rented my house both times it was vacant, in less than a month and have always kept me very informed of any issues with the tenants or the house. Tammy always gets back to me immediately if I have a question or concern and has gone out of her way to accommodate me. I would definitely recommend RMS as an excellent property management company.

This company is such a joke, I rented from this company for a little over one year on the sw side of town. However just 3months in, was when my husband & I realized that NEVER AGAIN, will we rent or renew from Rms.
I had to call and call over and over to remind them of the maintenance request order I put in... Which by the way were major issues like heating system not work, in the middle of the freezing winter!
I could go on and on about how horrible RMS is but I would be typing forever!
So here's my overall point, DON'T RENT FROM THEM, only if your completely desperate!

Caring about people, love to help with your housing needs. Old fashioned full service that you must experience for yourself.

I worked with Roger Herrick over the past four years on numerous occasions. Whether I am selling a property or purchasing one, Roger is always excellent to work with. Roger is very knowledgeable and experienced in real estate, and I always feel confident going into escrow on a new property knowing that he is my agent. Whenever I know someone is looking for a real estate agent I always recommend Roger, and feel confident they will have the same experience I have had.

Rodger is an amazing person inside and out even after finding us our home he still calls and checks up on us! He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy taking almost 5 months to find a home we liked and sticking by our sides! We are extremely happy we choose this company along with our realtor Rodger ! Higly reccommend.

Roger went past the expectations of a Relator and went the extra mile to help me and my kids get into a home. If it wasn't for Roger and his crew I'd not be enjoying my Home as I am.

The first day we met roger he already had 5 houses lined up for us to look at I couldn't believe how incredible he was. One of the coolest guys in Bakersfield. Defiantly recommended him to all of my friends and family and to anyone wanting to buy a house so helpful and willing to work he came down to his office on a day they were closed just to meet with us and talk only took two days with roger to find the house of our dreams !

A very Caring staff, professional and courteous.
Made us feel like family, we had a few issues on our credit but they took the time to listen and understand.

Run- around and ran off with my application fee. Poor customer service - including hanging up the phone on me.
