Best 1st buying experience ever and let me explain why.

He (Rob) is very helpful, resourceful, and even engages in friendly conversation. He didn't make me feel awkward or dumb, but rather, like a friend. I highly advise you to avoid buying ANYTHING from the internet, and do your business at Rob's Pro Shop, because if you are good to him, he'll be good to you and it shows he appreciates your business. Anyone who left a bad review as I have read one of them is just completely nuts. I have a feeling this person believed how much they were wanting to spend (supposedly) gave them right to come before someone who already was there before them, or arranged a scheduled drilling on their ball prior, and/or doesn't understand that he is also to take care of league bowlers. Rob never met me before, but made me feel like a long time friend and because of this, I will be the first to always recommend him. I choose no one else better who deserves to have my business other than him.

I shop in Robb's and have always had very good service. If you go in the shop when a league is getting ready to begin, they are busy with getting the league bowlers situated. Everyone should understand that the needs of the league bowler has to come before other customers who are not getting ready to bowl. Robb is very good with the customer's. He tries hard to accomodate everyone. Unfortunately, you can't please everyone, but this customer has always been pleased. I would recommend Robb's Pro Shop to everyone, and feel confident in doing so.

I was very disappointed with the service here. I was wanting to get a new ball, shoes and bag for myself and get balls for my kids, plus have holes re-drilled in another ball. i waited for 30 minutes and was getting ready to walk out and that is when I was finally spoken to again. A customer wanting a simple thumb hole drilled was more important than my business. BAD customer service!!!!!
