I have been their customer for 4 years and I will tell you, they are awesome!

They are very friendly and have a very good knowledge of the tax process, no risk of missing any deduction. If you work for an oil company or a service company, then this is the perfect place to get you taxes done since they are very familiar with all the variations of tax situation for oil workers. The money you pay for their service is money well invested. They do e-file which I find very convenient and the refunds get deposit directly on my bank account.

Over priced unwilling to help with past tax questions and shows no support the day after collecting your money for the "tax service" they provide.
