I did my taxes and got insurance at that place, so far they treat me good. I sent some friends over there also and they say they got good service.

Its ok. its the Irs and goverment that sends you the money thats where the check comes from. These people are cool, they are nice to me, so its alright with me.

I went to file my taxes there this year, they have friendly employees and I got a fast refund. I called and checked the status and was able to talk with Lorie who help me through the process. I will continue doing my taxes here!

I went in to get my taxes done on a saturday and I expected to get them within a two week period and when I called to check on the status of my return they had no information for me and said that they had lost it. Well to make a long story short the manager Ruth was never available to speak with and could never return a phone call after I was informed that she was the one in charge of sending them off. This establishment is unorganized and it seems like nobody know what is going on or even who is running it! I will never go to this place ever again!!
