Only because I had to click a star to give a review. This company drug me on for a week. I asked for an estimate and was told day after day they would be out. After never coming out I call to find out whats going on and I get yelled at. I am told I am not at the top of their priority list. I am an Ac unit customer not a refrigerator customer. I cannot believe that Mike would talk to a customer like this. It is not my problem that you guys lied to me about coming out. I have my life on hold for a week waiting. Then get yelled at because they've had an emergency. Not my problem. We are sitting here with no heat with 4 children in the house. Maybe next time you should tell your customer that it will be a week do to an emergency. Not yell at them because you promised you would come out and didn't. A phone call explaining that you couldn't make it would have changed this entire situation. I would never use this company for any reason. Ever. They don't come out when they say. They don't call you. And then when you call them they yell at you. Horrible horrible.
