Sangera Subaru is by far the best experience when purchasing a vehicle. Max is amazing and very welcoming making the whole process easy. Max and his team make you feel like family and they continue to check on you after your purchase to ensure your happy and satisfied. Valentine, also is a blessing he helped set up our car, gave me a tour of my new car, and ensured I was comfortable leaving the lot..i definitely appreciate all they do I am on my on my 3rd Subaru and am extremely happy. My recent purchased of a 2018 Crosstrek from Sangera leads me to UNCONDITIONALLY RECOMMEND this vendor. Our salesman, Bobbi Malec, was both enormously courteous and totally informed.

The inquiry-test drive-contract negotiations-finalizing the deal process was carried out with perfect professionalism and efficiency. I got a better deal than I expected! From the start, a detailed offer IN WRITING was given my wife and I, which allowed us to compare Sangera's deal with other dealerships.

The entire process took four (4) months (on our part), and this delay ultimately led us to buy a 2018 model which we absolutely love. No "hard sell"; no "let's see the sales manager", no "this deal is only available for today" tactics were ever used. Financing on better terms than I could have obtained for myself, was secured swiftly the night we chose to "pull the trigger". Paperwork was completed immediately. I have compared both "deals" and dealerships throughout all of Southern California for Subarus and I am convinced that the place to buy is Sangera.
