I dont know what happened to this place it once was great something changed now i wouldn't waste your money sorry guys

Omg this was my favorite place its horrible now last two times I've ordered the crust is hard and dry pizza has been burnt the beer is warm i dont know what happened but obvious change has been made and it sucks

Our first time wasn't a good experience once served we didn't see a waitress again until time for the bill, we had to get up to get our own refills we explained to the waitress our dissatisfaction and she got another waitress to come by the table she was nice and lightened the mood gave us 10% off the bill and offered a free desert we didn't take it didn't say she was a manager, but the gesture was nice. As for the food we got the Calazone it was OK but cold in the middle and it took 20-30 mins so I would have thought it would be hot? so with that being said we will keep hunting for that great Italian Restaurant that offers good food and above all great service we are not that picky. Bakersfield needs to wake up as to quality and service.

no good customer service manager rude frick ....pizza is ok but need a new manager who is more polite
