My husband and I both interviewed Dr Rao prior to the birth of our baby, based on her training and credentials. We consider ourselves very lucky to have found her, as she has taken fantastic care of our daughter for almost three years now. We find Dr Rao to be professional, personable, knowledgeable, and reliable. Dr Rao is an exceptional physician, and can be trusted to go above and beyond the call of duty. She has mastery of both the science and art of practicing pediatric medicine, and a true gem.

They have more interest in making money than they do in actually caring for your children. Feels like they are herding the cattle. Rude, rushed, arrogant. They don't clean their exam tables or children's toys. Impossible to get a doctor to call you back to answer a follow up question. Their "nurse" (aka MA) calls and gives you wrong advice. Horrible. Don't trust them with your children.

Horrible! Rude, dismissive, and arrogant. I will NEVER trust her with my babies again. DO NOT take your children to her.

Dr. Shah is a pediatrician that is in and out of your appointment. Tries to get more money on top of your insurance money. His staff has poor ettiquette and dresses inappropriately. His staff leaves you with the impression of snotty teenage high schoolers. Overall place is dark, depressing, and rude. Take your babies elsewhere.
