The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful, the photographer is excellent, and the pictures are amazing. But the treatment from the staff is degrading

A huge thank you to Steven Studios for an awesome time! The staff are so friendly and helpful and the session itself was so much fun. Ours was with the owner himself and he knows just how to pose them for the best shots. We love our yearbook pic! And the tips and ideas online were so helpful in picking out the appropriate outfits. Can't wait to get our prints back! Hopefully we'll get to come back with the other kids!

This place is the worst. Not only did they mess up my senior picture along with many other seniors, but they didn't help me at all. The supervisor just blamed me and kept saying it was my fault and told me she wasn't going to fix it unless I paid. It was an inappropriate picture for school and it needed to be removed. Also why is their male photographer making young girls lean over benches and fences?
