Today we went to substation right at 5:00 p.m. walked in and i asked if they were closed they said yes but offered to take my order it was so kinda of them to allow us to order after being closed. We ate there and we enjoyed their salad bar when we notice the time it was 540 was so grateful for them allowing us to stay there until we finish our dinner thank you substation great job!

FOR THE FIRST TIME WE ATE AT SUBSTATION. PUKE! LAST NIGHT I PUKED, AMONG *#×+*# SINCE 3:AM.One of the employees as we were eating started to sweep both entry way matts, towards our table 5 feet away! We couldn't believe we had to ask her to stop!? The 2 woman were cleaning the salad bar too!!?? I'm still very sick!!

Excellent customer service. Salad bar is the freshest in town because of how very well taken care it is. Phone orders are a good alternative during lunch hour because it gets very busy. As for heir sandwichs they have every meat you can think of as well as combnation. I suggest everyone try the number 1 hot. Best sandwich I've ever had.
