During a past trip to Target I was looking to buy a toy that I'd been looking for. When I didn't see it on the shelf I asked an employee working in the toy department if they had what I was looking for. I told them what I was looking for and the employee went into the back of the store and they just happened to have what I wanted. The customer service was really good. And was very happy to get what I was looking for.
