Father and son team Gary and Adam Belter represent more than 50 years of real estate experience; Gary, has been a pillar of the real estate community for over 4 decades garnering such awards as: Bakersfield Association of Realtors “Salesperson of the Year” in 1978 as well as “Realtor of the Year” in 1995. Adam Belter began his career in real estate as an appraiser from 2003-2007 and has consistently and successfully grown his sales business since 2010 earning the Bakersfield Association of Realtors “Rising Star” award in 2013 and achieving Coldwell Banker’s “International Presidents Circle” designation for level of production in 2013, 2014, 2015 & 2016.
