Provided by YP.comI am a manager at a dental office. One of our computers that run a highly sophisticated 3D imaging machine gave out on us. We called everywhere and could not find the parts we needed. To our surprise, the computer depot actually had the non-standard power supply and adapters needed to get the computer back up and running. They even came out on-site for over 2 hours and only charged us an additional $50 only.

Provided by YP.comAfter I bought a very expensive overpriced power supply for 500 watts from them, they installed it for me. When I went to go pick it up, they told me that when the power supply went out, my motherboard went out and it was not worth fixing I should just get a new computer and they offered to build me one. I was devastated since I am going between lawyers at the moment and lacking funds. I took the computer back with me and found out that the computer actually turned on and after doing a lot of research myself and testing the only thing it needed was coolant water pump assembly for 60 bucks that I could easily replace myself. It is very sad how stores like these try to rip people off. I know quite a bit about computers but I would not consider myself an expert by any means. So I feel really bad for the people that they have screwed over and don't know a thing about computers. I would recommend people do not go there I find help elsewhere.

Provided by YP.comIf you feel that you here weird noises coming from your computer, think power supply before anything else. The computer will shut down constantly until you replace it.

Provided by YP.comThis place is horrible.
I brought my computer in because it was constantly shutting down and making strange noises.
I was charged $49 for them to run a diagnostic.
5 whole Days later i get a call and I am told that my hard drive was failing, so I spent another $109 to buy a new one from them and another $49 to install it.
They also reformatted my computer.
I was told that the problem was solved and everything was fixed.
I took my computer home, hooked it up, and turned it on.
Guess what?
Immediately, I heard the weird noise again and my pc shut off after 15 minutes.
I called them and they told me to bring it back in.
I bring my computer in and after another two whole days they tell me that my graphics card was messed up and i need to replace it.
So I replace the graphics card for about another $130 and what do you know?
Still having the problem.
I'm taking my computer somewhere else now and after i find out what's actually wrong, i plan to return the crap i bought from computer depot.
They don't seem to know what they are doing at all.
Honestly, when i was going there, i always saw someone arguing with a worker about how they feel like they were cheated or something.
I'm not even joking.
I even told the guy i was talking to, "If you had my computer for 5 days and ran a diagnostic to find out that my hard drive was failing, how come you didn't notice the graphics card was bad before?" "Also, how come on my papers it says you guys checked the ram and graphics card before and everything was okay?"
The guy just stood there and came up with an excuse about how they were positive it wasn't the problem but yet it was the problem according to them.
Clearly both the hard drive and the graphics card aren't the problems.
I feel extremely irate and I feel that this company cheats a lot of their customers.
In conclusion, this company is just horrible.
They lie to you, take your money, and just come up with excuses when addressed with a problem.

Provided by YP.comRip off and Poor work. I cracked my screen on my android atrix. They charged me $140 for the part, the screen, claiming it was a rare part and $20 for the labor. When I got it back the entire left side of the screen was not working. Broke it again a few weeks later and decided to fix it myself. I found hundreds of these parts on eBay for $30. You would think a specialized computer entity would be able to get the part for similar prices. What a rip off, so disappointed.

Provided by YP.comI recently brought my cell phone to this establishment to have my screen replaced. when i received it back i looked at it made sure i could unlock it access my apps and every thing seemed to be ok. Once i tried to make a phone call <it is a phone after all> i found my microphone did not work and i was forced to use my speakerphone. I called and spoke with justin and explained that my microphone no longer worked he said ok bring it back in .After many tries they were unable to fix there mistake and refused to fix it. At this point they are accusing me of lying and saying that i probably found my phone on the street and just trying to come up on them. This is shocking behavior i had always thought this company was reliable .So all i can say is stay away if they mess up you will get burned!!

Provided by YP.comIf you are tired of the "Best Buy" routine, I highly reccomend Computer Depot. I purchased one of their home grown standalone computers last July. I was skeptical afterall it didn't have Dell, HP or Toshiba logo. It has worked fine until March when the power supply failed. I took it in and they not only fixed it but replaced the mother board with upgraded processor, all for free since it was on warranty. It seems to me since they put their own computers together, they have a sense of ownership that they work well and meet customer expectations. That is something you wont find at BB. Hands off to Manuel and the crew at the Depot.
