Take your patriotism elsewhere. Take note, the 'No Refund! Only exchanges!' sign, is hung among an agglomeration of signs. The owner won't tell you about this policy and it's not on the reciept. Very disappointed in this local business. My flag pole was in an unopened box and I was attempting to return it with my reciept in a two week period. Owner was argumentative and was unreasonable, stating that he missed out $$$ because I didn't return it the same day. Ridiculous! He stated that he sold 75 in the previous month and I bought the last one. If there is such a run on flag poles then restock your supply. Right? We will never shop there again, nor recommend their business. Find what you are looking for online or at another local business with superior customer service. Sad and disappointed.
