i put a 800 dollar dvd motorized display stereo in front dash, hardly used it, then i was robbed and insurance paid for new one, i used same place, i might have used it 4-5 times, and motorized part stopped working, i took it back and he was helpful, sent worker out to try and reset, kept saying motor gone, i said only had used 4-5 times how? well i have not had that unit in 5 years lol, then changed it to 7 years, whatever lousy service, asked if could pull unit out and just check, no. forget this place went downhill.

Warning, warning, warning; stay far away from these thieves: they will fraud you. Took an expensive viper alarm to get it installed. After going home, I found out that they stole half of the features that came with that alarm system and claim that they did not do so. What really got me mad was the youngster that worked on my car cut my switches that ran up to my fan and fog lights. So now I have to fix that on my own expense. Their is a sign in there that says 100% professional, believe me they are far from that. Also I notice a customer that was complaining about their product and what got me really suspicious was that a second customer entered looking for some stuff that was missing from their Tahoe. As for my case, I have filed my complaint with the Better Business Bureau and by September 2012 you can ask for information about Ultimate Sound and Security in Bakersfield and they will be more than willing to prove to you that they are thieves.
