came out to wheatherize my home.Technicians hard workers got done right 1st time. Top notch company!

Such an annoying and rude company. Took a day off of work for them to come fix stuff. He was on time but ended up being here 6 1 /2 hours! Still not exactly sure what he even did. The office lady calls the next day and says now they have to schedule to come see the work the guy did, I told them I work till 4 she gave me an excuse about they have to do it before 4 so I take another day off work! The guy doesn't show up till 430! I call to complain about it and the lady tells me how it's my fault! Then the guy tells me the work wasn't done right and now they have to come again? They expect me to take a 3rd effing day off!

I would say, they don't keep good records, they don't follow up with their appointments, especially with their worker, Jose. I stayed home all day because they were supposed to be there, never showed up, never called. I called them back, talked to Jose, he said he didn't know anything about me or my address.
