I literally waited for a half hour while the guy with a ponytail sat at the desk texting on his phone and talking about movies with his partner. No joke. Not only was the guy rude, he was also terrible at customer service.

I would not record this shady business to anyone! My tablet was pawned by someone other than me ... A day later I went to retrieve it and they had bypassed my passcode and erased all my data!! Luckily I did not have any important information stored on it! It's supposed to be my property until said loan is passed.. Or so I thought!! I was sooo mad. I questioned the owner regarding the erasing of all my data and basically breaking into my tablet..and was told they don't accept items that have a pass code which is a straight up lie! They also didn't test it ( as they say they do) or they would have seen it was locked! Another lie. DONT PATRONIZE THIS HORRIBLE BUSINESS.

I don't know what you've heard but my visits there have all been good. The guys are way friendly and always helpful. You're greeted as you enter, just do what you need to do,sell, buy, get a loan or don't do anything and just browse it's a good place to do business. There are 2 locations but my fave is the one on Chester. So go check it out!

They gave me great amount more the I though for my stuff and it really help he was thought full and kind(:
