Filed a Claim with Claimstar in September. After being told week after week that there was no news , I took it upon myself to contact my insurance company. They cashed my check in October and never bothered to tell me. I Filed a claim with Better business bureau and was promised immediate payment by Claimstar by end of week and I am still waiting as we are now past due date. Do not use this company under any circumstance.

Caution!! Warning!! Claimstar adjusters are crooks, liars, thieves. If Ed or Marshall show up, you're in trouble. They're going to turn your disaster into a worse tragedy. Don't sign up with these creeps, you'll soon regret it. Any positive comments must be from relatives, employees or paid for. The motto should be Claimstar Cheats u Right...

I had a horrible experience with this company. They promise the mountain but deliver an anthill. Do not be fooled by their convincing promises.
