I have been with ElWoods for at least 9 years my mother also has a storage unit there we love the management and if we have a problem with our unit door shutting etc.they have always been prompt to fix it. I definitely recommend this facility.

Terrible. Manager charged wrong account causing me a 35 dollar charge then got mad at me for wanting my money back. Sent me a termination notice and gave me 23 days to get my things out of storage. What horrible person!! Do not lease storage here if you like keeping hold of your money!! Rude Rude person to boot!! Store in a Nicer facility. This place also had all the Camping Trailers broke into also. We moved Ours and gladly getting the rest of our things from this creepy place!!
