Terrible customer service, extremely rude . if you want someones business, you can start by not being a jerk. Went in happy, left completely disappointed.

The owner and people that work here are shrewd and not very welcoming. Ed is an extremely shrewd mammal and is rude in person and on the telephone. He should be happy to have an operational "mom & pop" shop in this day and age and treat his customers accordingly. I will no longer patronize this shop after being snapped at over the phone and being hurried while in the store. There are other games in town.
