Doctor Proctor and his three staff members were each very friendly, professional and helpful with our medical needs at our March 1, 2016 appointment. My wife and myself we able to get an appointment to be seen by Dr. Proctor within 3 days which alone, was very impressive. Doctor Proctor took as much time as we needed to get in depth explanations about each of our medical conditions and his treatment recommendations. We each have found a new doctor we can trust in Doctor Proctor and I would highly recommend him to anyone requiring his specialized skills.
