Horrible horrible experience.I have 3 TNR cats that live behind a fence in an industrial area and one was very sick and old but sweet. This young female vet with no knowledge of the seriousness of our feral problem in Nassau County. She refused to put him down because he was sweet and purred. I could have put him down for free at a shelter but spent 350'dollars to have to beg this woman to put my little own man down. She humiliated me and I left there full of guilt even though I knew It was time for him as I fed them daily. Such a lack of compassion for someone wanting to do the right thing for a street cat. Don't ever use this vet hospital.

Horrible experience. The office manager is rude and curt. I was charged $184 to put my suffering hamster to sleep. I was already a paying client with 2 cats. They treated me as if I were a stranger off the street and I hadn't already spent thousands there before. Waiting room is filthy and they make you wait for a doctor for over 45 minutes.
