Called them for a home inspection in Bayside. The inspector was unfriendly and wanted to do the job as soon as possible. The home was not a small one, but an hour and fifteen miniutes later he was done. He ran through it and answered questions with irritation. I pointed to some flaws to the home and he just keep saying it is normal for a 70 year old home. I received a report that was a clearly a computer generated standard.....full of big words and in some places not matching my home.

Example....remove steel black door in the basement and replace...BUT THE DOOR IS WOOD.

This SERVICE cost me $600.



I later found another service ( belle harbor) for $400. The inspector was great and answered all my questions.

The report was clear, full of photos of my home and clearly written, awesome!!!



THIS PLACE.....KEEP AWAY///DO YOUR HOMEWORK. THAT WAS A PRICEY MISTAKE FOR ME.
