I needed two new tires. I wanted the tires put on the right front and rear rims. I wanted the left front moved to right rear, and new tires put on the front. I did not authorize any other work. They took the left rear, which should not have been touched, and moved to right rear. They put the left front on the left rear. Instead of correcting their mistake, she charged me for their mistake. I feel she took advantage of me because my husband was just hospitalized with a stroke. She knew that because I called from the hospital to ask about the tires. Shady business.She will charge you for their mistakes.
