Took my car in there to have them change the oil and transmission fluid. They spent an hour trying to figure out how to drain them, they then told me they didn’t feel comfortable changing it.

I took my own oil because most places don't carry the oil my truck uses. $60+ for my own oil . they said they charge $23 if I take my own oil. They finish everything up and charge a "service fee" aka spray the windows with windex $40 . if they would have told me that they were going to charge that much I would have just done it my self. Instead of paying for a $130 dollar oil change on an old truck. Worst place to go to change you're oil. Do it yourself don't deal with these money hungry D@%k heads!
