I can not say enough good things about this florist.

I purchased flowers for a family members funeral and called ahead of time to place the order and have the flower in stock when needed. Cassie was more than helpful and accommodating. She has work in Dallas for a few high in florists. The flower arrangements were exquisite. The customer service was warm and friendly.

I called this florist because the funeral home recommended them, but what a HUGE mistake! They were very rude from the second they picked up the phone, raising their voice with every question I asked. I needed to send flowers to a funeral home, but, SINCE THEY DO NOT HAVE A WEBSITE, it was difficult for me to see what they had. I asked if they had access to the internet and they SCREAMED NO! What company doesn't have internet???? I asked how I could show them what I was looking for and they , yelling again on the phone, said they flat out couldn't and wouldn't and that I would just have to tell them what flowers I wanted and how I wanted them. AM I A FLORIST TO KNOW ALL THE NAMES OF THE FLOWERS AND DO I KNOW HOW TO ARRANGE THEM??? NO! That is why I was calling a florist in the first place! They are RUDE, IGNORANT, AND INHUMAN!



DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE! IF I COULD, I WOULD GIVE A NEGATIVE 10 STARS AND GO PICKET AT THEIR FRONT DOORS. One thing they are good at is knowing how to ruin your day!!

Total waits of money here

My husband and I order Christmas Roses for his sister a few days before Christmas,it cost us ONE HUNDRED and a few cents we lost every cent and she never got her flowers before Chirstmas and don't know when she will or ever get them and they don't give a darn.



Rude nasty Cathy and owner protected the florist in Tacoma and will not give me the name so We could not call and help out. They cared more about THE OTHER FLORIST, then the customer.



Cathy said, THEY WILL NOT GIVE THE INFORMATION TO US TO PROTECT THEM.: it came out of her nasty rude mouth.



Because of lack of communication between THIS BALLINGER FLORIST, TX and the one in Tacoma, WA they tied our hands and Cathy starts throwing blame at me.



We were very upset with these people and had right to be so.



They are blaming my sister-n-law because she doesn't hear well, they blamed me because the people in TACOMA don't even know the area in whitch they work, they blame me because I was unhappy and they threaten me,



(Cathy) because I said my husband and I want to come and get our money back and then she turned it into a lie and said I threaten her.



THEY WIIL NOT RETURN OUR MONEY AND SETTING USE UP AS LIERS and I feel like if they cannot communicate better than this with me, then how bad are they comminication with this other florist? They ran with the money and it was up to them to do it right, not me and being blamed is a stupid way to run a business.



They have the address, the name the City, the state, the zip code, the phone numbers of all of the Florist, me and Irene and they took our money.



Here it is Christmas eve 4:00p.m. and they still have not called or my sister-n-law they she received her flowers and the flowers have to be at least two days old ot more and after Christmas they will look terrible.



WE WILL NEVER RECOMEND THIS BUNCH TO EVER SEND FLOWERS TO ANYONE.



SUNSET FLORIST I have been with for over 43 years and never had a mess up and send flowers all over. Now I moved to this state of Texas nothing but problems with florist I will call long distance to the SUNSET FLORIST where I had lived in another state and have them send flowers for us..155% happy with SUNSET FLORIST in WA state,

and 0% Ballinger Florist a small town people who do not know how to take care of there customers. And no knowledge of respsonsiblity to others.



They are here in Ballinger, TX because they counfd not make it in a BIG CITY with this attitude.



They will not return our money.



I ask Cindy for money return and she said it was Tacoma's fault. I say they took the money and promised it would be dilivered on December 21st, 09. They protect the place who they are working with and not give us any info to us so we can go after them, if the worked with.



Cindy said, I will not give you this information.



They just blame others for their stupidity so they can steal our money. This is HOW WE FEEL about what happen.



Is this where you want to send flowers?



If they gave the information I had asked for and Cindy was not so nasty when talking to her, I would of felt different and not been so upset and would of let things go and not put it in here.
