Koshgarian Family Builders is a building and consulting firm with a long history in the state of New York. We have have been building commercial and residential structures since 1976 and continue to do so today. Some of our larger past projects have consisted of providing athlete housing for the 1980 winter Olympics in Lake Placid N.Y. and Consulting with the US government on the rebuilding of Panama after the surrender of General Noriega on January 3rd 1990. We have also provided custom built housing and mobile veterinary clinics for the New York Racing Association NYRA.We have built thousands of homes in N.Y. state in the past thirty plus years. We specialize in custom built structures fit for any situation. These range anywhere from your standard single family home to multifamily homes as well as large commercial projects. We also offer earthquake proof housing, hurricane proof housing and self sustaining homes. As for our consulting services I would describe them as such. We offer post disaster consulting.
