Awesome! Easy to work with and very helpful!

I went in there to find a part over two years ago (called Ed Loya's at the time) and received TERRIBLE customer service. I felt like I wasn't welcome there, and when I asked him when my part would arrive the cashier said "eventually..." and looked as if I were an alien. On top of that I never even received my part!!!!!! I saw that they recently changed management, so I decided to try again. To my surprise I received EXCEPTIONAL customer service. It looks like the previous owner ran the place into the ground so they didn't have my part in stock. HOWEVER, the person at the register worked with me to find the part and get it to me as soon as possible. Not to mention they were very friendly and easy to talk to! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!
