There is NO customer service. My situation was resolved through the St. Louis BBB. BUYER BEWARE.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME... I will never buy from Ashley's again. Not b/c of bad product, but b/c of very poor service and delivery.... Put it this way, I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars on a bedroom set and it has been over a month and I am still sleeping on the ground b/c they have not put my furniture together. Oh by the way, they have now been out to my house, not only once, but twice and they still can't get it together. It's excuse after excuse and don't worry you will still have to make constant phone calls b/c they don't call you like they say they are going to... I would just go somewhere different!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
