Professional staff and great customer service. We purchased custom dining chairs in the spring of 2015. The leather was loose and the service team was prompt with follow up and repair. We love our chairs!

What a hoity toity group! First they fight for your sale, putting you in the middle, and then after you purchase from them, you no longer exist. Absolutely no customer service. I had to wait months for my furniture and when I called to check on it, they were put out that I was in a hurry to get my sofa and lovrseat. I wish I had gone elsewhere. I overpaid.

Buyer beware! Their ads are misleading. They are overpriced, and sloppily run. They'll tell you that it's solid wood....it's NOT!
