The employee let us know that insurance would cover the full cost of frames and lenses. HOWEVER, we were only allowed ones from the secret drawers of shame! Unlike the "regular" glasses, these are kept in a 7 drawer black tower . There is a VERY limited selection. IF my insurance, like many other people's, covers frames UP TO A CERTAIN PRICE, then tell me that and I will choose accordingly. The secret drawer of shame is an unnecessary humiliation. As I walked near the women's frames, the employee was CLEAR to let me know that the frames are ALL LOCKED!!!! I would have to have her get any pair out IF I wanted to try anything on today. I have worn glasses for over 25 years and have ALWAYS been able to FREELY try them on at my leisure without having a person supervise me. She also let me know the kids glasses were in the LOCKED display cases near the front door. We were made to feel like 2nd class citizens and thieves at ever turn.

I had a 9:40 appt and I arrived at 9:30 to complete paperwork. Initially, the appt went very smoothly but I ended up sitting in the chair waiting over 30-40 minutes for the eye doctor after the initial screening. That's too long to have to wait with an appt. Not okay!
