If there were 10 stars, it wouldn't be enough to rate Hair Color Xperts Salon and my stylist, Lora McCutchen! From the moment you walk in the door,you know it's ME time! The Salon itself is decorated in cool, calm colors that make you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. The staff is punctual and courteous to your needs, often knowing your name and who you are there to see, before you even say a word. Beverages are always offered upon your arrival. It's all about ME at HCXP. However, the BEST part of the salon is my stylist, Lora. Seriously, Lora comes out with a bright smile on her face every time. She genuinely embraces your time, wants and needs! She listens to you and will either do exactly as you ask or will offer her own suggestions. I, personally, love a stylist that will look at the shape of my face or understand my personality and be able to offer something exciting and new for me. Lora has done that time and time again for me and each time she has exceeded my high expectations! Lora is a down to earth, people person, who truly cares about making you feel special. When you leave Hair Color Xperts you do feel special and you look Fabulous! Kudos to Lora and HCXP!

I've been getting my hair done by Erin for the past 6 years! She's awesome! I go in each time wanting to do something new with my hair and she gets so excited and really shows that she cares what I want to do! I'm away at school and always text her on a weekend I come home to see if she can squeeze me in. Even if she's really busy, she always seems to make it work.She is so easy to keep a conversation with and time flies when she does my hair because we just talk away! You will never have to worry about that awkward silence with her. Hair Color Xperts has the most friendly atmosphere! I would suggest anyone to go there! When the feather extensions where in style I called to see if they had them in but they didn't. A few weeks later they called me telling me they did and that that they would get me first pick! It felt awesome to know that they remembered that I had called and that they let me in first. I couldn't imagine myself going anywhere else to get my hair done or anyone else doing my hair besides Erin!

I have been going to HCX for over a year now. I have never had any problems. The ladies are awesome and know what they are doing. I have read over other reviews and knowing people have their own opinions the place is the best. I'm a picky person ( very picky) and always get the best results when I go in there. I have very long hair and I know it takes awhile. I always get a young girl fairly new to this location that does a great job. ( Danielle ) I have never left unhappy. There's not one friend of mine that I don't recommend her to. The product are wonderful very clean. Never will go anywhere else. Thanks ladies

I went to Hair Color Xperts with a hair emergency and they rescued me:) The lady that greeted me made me feel very comfortable, my stylist was Heather she was very good and my hair looks amazing! Great service and I thought the pricing was very fair.
