My parents have been with Pro-Guard as long as I can remember so when my wife and I purchased our first home and became interested in a security system I knew exactly who to call. From sales through installation, the process was easy and very professional. We have been using our alarm and camera system for a while now and love it. Pro-Guard monitors our home for burglary, fire, power outages, freezing temperatures, and even installed a flood sensor near our sump pump! If you're interested in personal, quality service I highly recommend them!

We just bought our first house and there was already an alarm in the home. The previous homeowner was an older gentleman who did not use the system, so it was out of date. Our next-door neighbors recommended Proguard and they were great. We got a new system, and it is hooked up with a cell system so the police will come if the alarm goes off. We also got two cameras which is nice so we can look in on the house while we are away. The technician was prompt and professional and the rates are reasonable. I like using a local company and the upfront pricing.

Moved into our first home and decided to get an alarm. My in-laws used Pro Guard for years so we called them. The guy who came out was awesome and really took the time to give us what we needed. The service guy showed us how to use all the special features for our dogs. It has been a great experience.

The owner is a condescending prick. Stl company called about an alarm issue. The owner at first tried to help. When his solution wasnt working, he proceeded to tell the employee that we didn't know the code and we're idiots. A technican eventually came and fixed the issue. The technican explained it wasn't our fault but the security company's fault because they never told us the new codes when they were performing regular maintenance. Don't go to this company if you want respect.

Thorough

Thorough, affordable, friendly. We had ProGuard re-install an alarm when we moved into an existing house with another alarm. We had ProGuard at our first home and were very happy. I feel very safe.
