The therapists at ProRehab are fine, it's their front office staff that leaves you agitated and frustrated with their organization. They are disorganized and slow to respond to requests for medical records and other information you may need.



I will drive further for another Rehab center who staffs employees that are customer friendly.

Jayne at PRORehab's Brentwood location helped me so much. I had extreme back pain and wasn't able to drive for weeks. My doctor sent me to PRORehab and I was able to get an appointment the very next day. My Physical Therapist, Jayne, was awesome. She listened the long and involved story about how I injured my back and knew exactly what needed to be done to get me pain free and strong again. After two appointments, I was driving again. Even when I had a setback after therapy, I was able to do stretches and exercises Jayne gave me and I started feeling better almost immediately. I'm telling all of my friends about PRORehab and the awesome experience I had there.
