I normally don't do these, however, I had such a horrible experience with this company, I felt the need to warn others. This company's cars are all old and over 150,000 miles. I had an incident where the vehicle broke down while I was on the highway and because it was Sunday, there was no way to reach anyone. There is no emergency service. I had to have the vehicle towed at my own expense and the next day, they couldn't bring me another vehicle until 7pm! I missed out on an important event and a day of work and they did not satisfactorily recompensate me for the ordeal, refused to let me speak to the manager, and when they finally had someone bring over another vehicle, I had to drive him back to his place of business! The replacement rental I was given was also in bad condition; it was constantly beeping and bouncing along the street. I really recommend checking out some of the other rental places which are along the same block; I wish I had!
