This company sounds great at first... Our company had a very hard time getting put into the system, and in the end we NEVER got a customer number. Once we were able to get on a regular delivery schedule things seemed to be getting better, until 25 lab coats were lost. We've been working since Oct. 09 to try to get them replaced. We were told they will be replaced and delivered around Oct. 09. As of 1/7/10 not one coat has been replaced. This is after giving the information about the coats (ex. size, color, name to be embroidered, etc) three different times. This is not a company that we would recommend for any company larger than maybe 50 employees.
