If it were possible to give this company ZERO stars, I would.

They are incompetent individuals, from management all the way down to service staff. I have a family member who is receiving services for his mental disability, and they are highly unprofessional. His daily staff person rarely shows up when scheduled, and the management seems to have no problem with this. As a result, he has been left without groceries, and stranded at home. This is only the tip of the iceberg. Seriously consider finding another company if professionalism, common sense, and honesty matter to you and your family.
