My first time was a good experience. I like that everyone took their time with me and made me feel comfortable. I will be back :)!

They give you value for your money. Good quality work. Mr Shah and Mr. Shane are really helpful. I got my 2017 BMW X6 fixed and after repairs now look like it was never in accident.

I drive UBER. My deductible was 1000 through my UBER insurance. After having accident I was looking for a body shop that would let me pay the deductible in installments. I called Auto Point and spoke to Mr. Shane. I was surprised when he offered to waive my entire deductible. He arranged the free towing and also helped me get the rental car. My car was repaired in timely manner according to the estimate given by the insurance company. I am very pleased that every damaged part was replaced. Paint match is perfect and my 2017 Toyota Camry look as good as it was before the accident. I highly recommend Auto Point collision repair shop to everybody especially to UBER and Lyft drivers.

I am really impressed with job quality and service. Best repair shop in NE Baltimore. Got estimates from 3 places, they were reasonable and professional. Provide me rental car and worked with insurance company professionally. Will recommend to others.

I had already bought 2 cars from here. The stuff here always give me very professional service, u just feel they are friends and trying to help you especially when your car has some trouble. They always help you to fix it but not just change new part unnecessary. That really can save lot of money!

i own accura. dealer gave a high estimate but auto point did all those repairs in less than half the price dealer quoted. quality of work is great and i like the shop. they r full service one stop shop. i recomend this place

i like this shop. they are full service auto repair sale body shop and tag and title and md inspections. I purchased my honda civic from there and never had a problem since i got it the service is fast and very everything was affordable. i highly recommend this place

Dealer gave me an estimate of over 1800 for 90000 miles general repair timing belt etc. Auto point did all that work in less than half the price. customer service is not great as compared to dealers but all the repairs done in excellent manner. with this big discount i dont mind little less lip service. i strongly recommend this place.

i like this place. stopped there by chance my car broke down infront of their shop. they helped me push it and fixed it righ away. very cooperative and low cost. i have thumbs up for them

they give you value for your money. full service repair facility. all our company vehicle service there for last 2 years. never had any problem. they replace engine for our work van still working great after year and half.
