This company is unorganized, dirty and so unprofessional. The management or supervisor Rodney Gray is an unprofessional and unorganized individual that takes no real ownership if his position or any stake in the company. He lets his 2 senior people do whatever they want without ant consequences ex.( going home for 3hrs to sleep during shift, coming in late everyday, not letting other coworkers share in overtime, punching other co-workers time cards, junking up the lube room after it has been cleaned up). These are some of the examples of Rodney Gray poor management. I was hired to help him organize and help with maintenance on the machines, but his 2 senior people wouldn't allow me to do that job, and when I brought this to Mr. Gray attention nothing was done about it. I continue to try and organize and troubleshoot machine problems but the senior people would interrupt and send me to packing duties. If anyone with blow molding experience I suggest not to work for this company.
