My experience was the worst. From January 2015 to August 2015 to get a heating and air conditioning unit installed. As another review included . Many delays because of hospital stays by Carl Smith. Sad stories . Only one worker other than Mr. Smith. I am just wondering how many other people just never wrote a review because I was mislead because this company has been in business since about 1997.

Mr. call Smith put a heating and air system in my home 2 1/2 years ago I've been having trouble with it every since he's also came into my house and may passes on my wife at this time he complained that he was going through something and he thought she was someone else at this time I did not want to deal with him but had no choice because I needed to get the repairs done on the system and 2 1/2 years later it still does not work correctly I'm about to file a claim against him because he keep coming up with some excuses about his Health if you see this man run run run run run

Did not use him as a contractor unethical work practices and conduct. Showed up at my home when I told him I would not be using him. Weeks later after telling Mr. Smith I would not be using him as a contractor, he came to my home at 9:00 a.m. uninvited and displayed unprofessional conduct as a contractor. HIs behavior was inappropriate and unacceptable. Also, Mr. Smith quoted me a price of $2,000 to install a chimney liner. I had received quotes from other contractors that quoted me a price of $1,100.00. Outrageous prices.
