I wanted to find out how much would I get in exchange for an item so I called instead before I made a trip there. The person on the phone was super helpful, patient and just kind. Great customer service is a must and I will definitely be choosing this establishment for sure to pawn or purchase.

I discussed with the proprietor my items to sell before making the drive up to his store. I explained that I was a authorized dealer for a certain brand of watches. He said he would consider buying them. Once I got there however, he all but accused me of selling stolen property. As if it is ANY of his business why I have surplus inventory. He wanted proof and an explanation for why I had the items. Never have I been treated like this buy any broker.
