Called for a cab on 5/1/16 to go to Walmart.
A cab never showed up and dispatch person never communicated back to me. 5/2/16 I called for another cab but this time I called back every few minutes. The dispatch was very nonchalant and unhelpful. I finally asked for a supervisor and she told me to go on Taxi affliction services. Not fast or dependable. If going to work or someone important Acounty Sedan is not reliable. Its 9:00 am and I been calling since 7:44am.

Super fast and Courteous service

Called the day before to set up a pick up the next morning. I told the person on the phone that I needed to catch a bus. I receive a phone call the next morning 1 minute before the pick up time and I am told that there are currently no taxi cabs on the way to pick me up. I inform the gentleman (different than the day before) that I have to catch a bus, so I would like an ETA on the cab. He says he can't give me on but he would call me when a cab was on the way. Ten minutes after my original pick up time I am told that the cab will be there in "uhhh 15 or actually maybe 20 minutes or so." Seeing as how that is at the very least 25 minutes after my pick up time (and after the bus has come and gone) I tell them to just cancel the pick up. I received no apology and no consideration for my time, I really need a good taxi service for this area as the two I have tried so far are terrible!
